Years ago when my Dad owned the Ford Dealership in Lincolnton, his office was always full of people. Why? He liked people. He liked to invest in their lives with wise counsel and time well spent. Dad spent a lot of time listening. He valued what others had to say. Often, people just want to be heard. He did just that.
I watched the impact my Dad’s people skills had on others. I too have learned the value of time well spent, listening and offering wise counsel. As a Realtor, I desire to hear what my clients are saying. Their needs, concerns, expectations, and desires are important to me. Communicating effectively is a must when there are so many variables in reaching the closing table!
